Terms of Service
Last updated: May 2025
Reachmcp is a web platform accessible at reachmcp.comand all associated pages (the “Platform”). It enables users to control their LinkedIn accounts via AI assistants using the Model Context Protocol (MCP).
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) define the conditions governing the relationship between MCP Reach and any person accessing the Platform (the “User”). By using the Platform, you accept these Terms without reservation. If you access the Platform on behalf of a company or legal entity, you are personally bound by these Terms.
Article 1 – Access to the Platform
1.1 Restricted access
Access to the Platform is reserved for individuals or organisations that have subscribed to a plan granting them a right of access and use.
1.2 Account creation
Creating an account is a prerequisite to using the Platform. The email address used to identify the User is linked to their LinkedIn account. Access credentials are strictly confidential. In the event of unauthorised use of your account or any breach of confidentiality, you must notify Reachmcp immediately.
Each User agrees to create only one account corresponding to their LinkedIn account.
Article 2 – Use of the Platform
2.1 Licence
Reachmcp grants Users a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Platform strictly for personal or professional purposes in accordance with these Terms. Any other use is strictly prohibited.
2.2 User obligations
Users agree not to:
- Transmit, publish, distribute, or store any unlawful, defamatory, offensive, or harmful content.
- Use the Platform's content or data to offer a service deemed competitive with Reachmcp, at MCP Reach's sole discretion.
- Sell, exchange, or monetise any content from the Platform without the express prior written consent of Reachmcp.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of any underlying intellectual property.
- Use bots, scrapers, or any automated or manual means to access, crawl, or index any part of the Platform.
- Compromise or attempt to compromise the security of the Platform, including by probing, scanning, or testing its vulnerability.
- Infringe any of Reachmcp's intellectual property rights.
- Mirror or simulate the appearance or operation of the Platform.
- Disrupt the Platform or impose a disproportionate load on its infrastructure.
Article 3 – Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform — excluding data uploaded by Users — including designs, text, graphics, images, videos, logos, icons, and software, belongs to Reachmcp or its partners. Any reproduction or exploitation, in whole or in part, without the prior written consent of Reachmcp, is strictly prohibited.
Article 4 – Personal Data
All personal data collected by Reachmcp is processed lawfully and in accordance with our Privacy Policy and GDPR commitment. Reachmcp acts as a data processor on behalf of the User's organisation, which remains the data controller for any personal data processed via the Platform.
Article 5 – Liability
5.1 Platform content
Reachmcp does not control user-generated content and provides no warranty as to its accuracy. MCP Reach may remove manifestly unlawful content and suspend or close accounts in breach of these Terms, without any right to compensation for the User.
5.2 Use of the Platform
Reachmcp is not responsible for acts performed by Users as a result of using the Platform. The User acknowledges that data they publish may be accessed by other Users and takes full responsibility for protecting it.
Reachmcp does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform and shall not be liable for interruptions due to maintenance, updates, or technical improvements.
Reachmcp shall under no circumstances be liable for indirect or unforeseeable damages, including lost profits, data corruption, loss of revenue, or loss of business opportunity.
5.3 LinkedIn compliance
The User acknowledges that using Reachmcp to automate or enhance LinkedIn activity may be subject to LinkedIn's own terms of service. LinkedIn may restrict, suspend, or terminate the User's LinkedIn account if it determines that the User has violated its terms. Reachmcp cannot be held liable for any such restriction, suspension, or termination.
Article 6 – Payments and invoicing
Paid features are available through a subscription plan. By choosing a plan, the User agrees to pay the applicable fees as displayed on the website at the time of purchase. Payments are processed by Stripe and invoiced automatically. Invoices are available in the User's account settings.
If the User cancels their subscription, any remaining credits will be lost at the end of the current billing cycle.
Article 7 – Refunds
Reachmcp does not offer refunds for unused credits or for dissatisfaction with the volume of data returned. Once data is made available to the User on the Platform, value has been delivered and refunds will not be issued for that data.
Unused credits during a fixed subscription period (e.g. monthly or annual) will roll over to the next period only if the User renews their subscription.
Article 8 – Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be illegal or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Article 9 – Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by French law, regardless of the User's country of origin or the country from which they access the Platform. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Commercial Court of Paris (Tribunal de commerce de Paris).
Users are informed that they may at any time resort to conventional mediation or any other alternative dispute resolution mechanism.
