1. What personal data do we collect?
Identification data
To create an account, we collect information you provide directly or via your LinkedIn account: name, email address, and where applicable, a phone number. Without this minimum, account creation is not possible.
Payment data
If you subscribe to a paid plan, we collect the data required to process your payment (e.g., card number, security code). All payment data is stored and processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details on our servers.
Usage and navigation data
When you use the platform, our servers automatically record information such as the date of last visit, features used, browser language, and session data. This data is used solely to ensure the platform works correctly.
2. Why and on what legal basis do we process your data?
- Account creation and service delivery — necessary for the performance of the contract between you and Reachmcp.
- Platform administration — sending transactional emails, technical notifications, security alerts, and updates, also on the basis of contract performance.
- Analytics and improvement — aggregated, anonymised data to understand how the platform is used and to improve it, on the basis of our legitimate interest.
- Marketing communications — only with your prior consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
3. Who has access to your data?
Your personal data is accessible only to authorised Reachmcp personnel (employees, interns, and contractors) strictly for the purposes of their roles.
We may also share your data with the following categories of sub-processors:
- Our hosting provider (Google Cloud Platform, EU region) for platform delivery.
- Our payment processor (Stripe) for billing and invoicing.
- Our email routing provider for transactional communications.
- Our support tool provider for customer service.
All sub-processors operate under contractual terms compliant with applicable data protection law and may not use your data for any other purpose.
4. Where is your data stored?
All personal data is hosted within the European Union on Google Cloud Platform infrastructure. We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including access controls, pseudonymisation, encryption, and regular security reviews.
Your data is retained for as long as necessary to provide the service and for a period of seven (7) days after termination of your account for any reason.
5. Your rights
Under GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679), you have the following rights:
- Right of access — know whether and how your data is processed, and obtain a copy.
- Right to rectification — request the correction of inaccurate data.
- Right to erasure — request deletion of your data when it is no longer necessary, processed unlawfully, or must be deleted to comply with a legal obligation.
- Right to restriction — request a temporary halt to the processing of your data.
- Right to data portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format, or request its transfer to another controller.
- Right to object — object to processing based on our legitimate interest.
- Right to withdraw consent — where processing is based on your consent, withdraw it at any time without affecting prior processing.
- Post-mortem directives — define instructions for the handling of your data after your death.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@reachmcp.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL), 3 Place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07.
